Home Made Baklava The Way We Grew Up WIth It

Originating from the Mediterranean, baklava has been baked in our family for generations. We enjoyed baklava almost daily as a light, sweet snack.

We started baking baklava for local events and some local stores around 2022, using my grandmother's recipe. Baking baklava is a labor intensive process, especially if the aim is to produce a quality result. 

Our aim is to prepare baklava using original ingredients. To that end we process and prepare the walnuts, pistachois, butter, and syrup in-house, using artisanal methods. The benefits are better flavor, texture, and a baklava  made from genuine qualty ingredients.
